Small Claims Court: Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Pinellas County, Florida.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Site and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
